Credit Missing

Dear Support,

I have purchase originally 2 credit as without knowing how many credit required. Then found a forum thread in DC-Unlocker that to unlock ZTE MF60 requires 7 credit. I purchase another 5 more credit.

Now when I check my account via DC-Unlocker, it shows 0 credit. Please help.
