payment failed - unlock failed - cannot pay for more credits

im stuck, and no longer need your services
tried to buy 4 credits to unlock, but it only gave me 1!

doesnt work, and cant seem to buy anymore (says contact merchant)

ive now paid for an unlock elsewhere, so would like my money back for the 1 credit purchased (and it is still unused on my account)
