Access Denied / Error 17

Hi guys.

Just downloaded & installed latest version and bought credits, registering as dgladys - and the site accepted payment just fine.

Trying to unlock an Orange Barcelona and I keep getting Access Denied / Error 17

Happens on two out of two PCs. I don''t think there is anything contentious on either of them - certainly one has minimal extra stuff on it.

Your help would be much appreciated.

You were blocked because wrong username or password was entered too many times before.
Now you are unblocked and should be able to connect.
