Access Denied!?

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect with username and password you received after credits purchase.

And i have unlocked the modem successfully.

But, would you mind to tell me, how can i become the dongle user?
Is it needed to buy the Rocker Dongle from local reseller first?
and then goto buy the credit of activation lite from dc unlocker ?

You become dongle user at the time you buy dongle and start using it with DC-Unlocker software.
You can use Rocker, Vygis, Infinity, DC-Unlocker dongles with DC-Unlocker software.
Rocker, Vygis and Infinity dongles need to be activated before using DC-Unlocker software. Activation for Vygis and Rocker you can buy from us. Activation for Infinity dongles can be bought from Infinity support.
You do not need to buy activation for DC-Unlocker dongles - they are already activated.
