In DC-Unlocker 2 software under "unlocking" menu is something call "Generate firmware code" - what is? for what it is? And where I can write this code?
Try to detect by dc-unlocker and will see if firmware that is installed support voice. If not, then will need to find firmware that supports voice (if it supports).

Yes it should be able to call. If it is not doing so then your firmware needs to be flashed. I know for sure if it is from 3 network, they usually have a disabled firmware that needs flashing otherwise it should call when you update its firmware.
Firmware code should help you flash your firmware if you have a firmware updater. If you run the firmware updater it will ask you for the firmware code in order to flash out the customized firmware.
