Check if there are no other Huawei devices connected at the same time.
Detect modem by selecting model: Auto detect(recommended).
If you still have problem after doing above steps, try to uninstall all Huawei drivers by using this software and then install only your modem (which you want to unlock) drivers.

i think it was a network error either from ur side or mine now it is working fine
