Error code 112 when unlocking us180

Hi team, please i'm having a problem unlocking my huawei u8180 phone.

i've connected in fast boot mode and software detects phone alright but when i click "UNLOCK" button, it connects to server and then when it says

"UNLOCKING", then

error code 112.

what could be the problem and how do i fix it please.

my handset needs counter resetting as the client already exhausted the unlock attempts.
