Please read above what I wrote you 2 times. You need to turn phone on normally. Not in fastboot. Do not need to enter any modes. Just turn on your phone normally.

Did you install phones drivers? Did you install phone software (PC suite) ?
If not, then install it.

Then seems that some drivers are still missing. Try to reinstall them.
Try other USB port (which is directly to motherboard, without any USB hubs).
Try other USB cable.
Other computer might help.
