Modem E173s-1 can it unlock, can't it?

Can you detect this modem with DC-Unlocker and copy here what is detected?
Then we will be able to check if this modem can be unlocked with DC-Unlocker.

Check if there is no Huawei router connected at the same time. Leave only E173s-1 modem connected in your computer and find other connection method, not from Huawei router.

You're right, my router wifi it cause this wrong detection.
