Check if there are no other Huawei devices connected.
Check if there are no modem connection software running.
Also, make sure that there are no other software related with Huawei devices running.

You can also try to launch your modem connection software, then wait till it fully loads and tells you to insert correct SIM card.
Then detect again with DC-Unlocker.
