Unlock E3231 Modem

Hi

I'm trying to unlock this modem but it keeps trying to connect to internet through the dongle every time I plug it in and not through my Ethernet connection and therefore dc unlocker can't connect to the internet.

Is there a way to change this, I have tried 2 computers and same problem, I have enough credits.

Please help.
