Unfortunately DC-Unlocker does not support this model, maybe someday in near future, no exact date though.

Copy here what is detected by dc-unlocker, write your username that you used for unlock and we will check. If all correct, we will add credits back to your account or will do refund if possible to refund your payment.

E303D Idea India with firmware version 21.157.71.02.356 is not supported and cannot be unlocked with DC-Unlocker.
Maybe in future it will be supported, but do not know when.
