If you want to unlock this modem, you can do it in 2 ways:
1. Detect modem with DC-Unlocker software, go to Unlock tab, select "Read unlock code and auto enter to modem", click "Do job".
It will cost you 4 credits.

2. Launch DC-Unlocker. Select:
Manufacturer: Huawei modems
Model: E303
Go to Unlock tab, select "Generate unlock code by IMEI", enter IMEI number of modem, click "Do job".
It will cost you 4 credits.

After you generate unlock code, you should be able to enter it in modem connection software when there is other providers (not original) SIM card inserted in modem.

i have downloaded the software is just that am not a client yet and i have not not bought credit anyway am processing it is just that i dont have enough money yet to sign up as a client. i have sent a private message help me with the unlock code

We do not give unlock codes. You need to buy credits to use DC-Unlocker software and unlock your modem. Unlocking is not free.
