CH1E173SM(K3770) Firmware

Hello, I need to activate my data card's voice feature temprorarily because my phone is broken. I have a Vodafone K3770 (Huawei) modem. It's unlocked but voice activation is not supported by the current firmware. It's hardware number is same with the E173 or E17x. I thought maybe it's possible to replace current firmware with a E17X one. As a result, I bought 4 credits from dc-unlocker to get flash code. After that, I tried lots of firmware on my device but they all ended with this error:

The Wireless terminal inserted is not Firmware, update wizard can't work on.

Are there any way to flash this device with another firmware?
