cannot unlock Huawei E3231 hilink dongle

Hi,
I downloaded your software this morning, bought the relevant credits (4) and am trying to unlock my Huawei E3231 hilink dongle. Using your dc-unlocker client software this is proving a hassle.
I am able to do the dongle discovery and come up with the following

But I connect to the server, but when I try unlocking nothing works - the 'unlocking' block doesn't open.

So - what do I do now - I have the credits but cannot get it to work?

What do you mean the 'unlocking' block doesn't open? Please provide
