E586 Smart PH locked sucess unlocked but cant add or edit APN...pls advice

I have e586 pocket wifi sucessfully unlock but after inserted another sim, cant edit or add apn in profile management its not highligthened those options.

please Provide your Backup configuration file Zip it and upload it on attachments .

If settings are not editable, you may need to update firmware to non customized one.

Ive tried downloading mobile partner, but what we need for now is to make the uneditable part, editable... The mobile partner firmware I think is only applicable for USB stick and not for pocket wifis...

Correct me if Im wrong.

Sorry, we do not have firmware files for these modems. Try to search in internet.
