If you get "modem not found" error, please check this:
    Make sure drivers are installed.
    Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
    Use Autodetect.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure modems connection software is installed, but not running.
    Try restarting your computer.
    Try other computer.

Try to do as these instructions say: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/b660-detect-unlock-procedure
You might need to disable firewall, User Account Control (UAC), antivirus.

Sorry, do not need to follow the procedure that I suggested you in previous post.
Can you open Device Manager (Right click on My Computer > Properties > Hardware > Device Manager) and write what do you see in "Modems" and "Ports" sections?
Also, try to install modem connection software. Open My Computer, find your modem there (under CDROM drives), right click on it > Open. Install all installation files in there. This should install all necessary drivers.
If still does not work, try to open Device Manager again, open "Network adapters" section. Find your modems network adapter there, right click on it > Disable.
              Detect modem again with DC-Unlocker.
