Not register to network

Please I need help here. I unlocked my Huawei e392 from STC operator (Saudi Arabia). In addition, I update my dashboard to Mobile Partner 23. Now, when I use the STC sim it is OK. However, when I use Mobily operator (Saudi Arabia) the modem doen not ask me for code but the sim does not register to its network (Prepaid Mobily Network. Would you please tell me what is the problme and what I must do? please for more information about my modem:

Did you set correct connection settings? APN, login, password, etc?
Did you try to use with other version of Mobile Partner?

For settings all are OK.

For Mobile Partner, I could not find different one.

The problem that the software must show some dashes showning that the sim recognized its network. It is only X.

By the way I updated my firmware to generic one to be: 11.836.13.00.209

Did you try mobile partner that you can find in Gintas post?

Did you try mobile partner that you can find in Gintas post?

Yes I did. Actually, the e392 does not work with posted Mobile Partner (MP) version because it does not have the necessary driver to make it to work. You have to use MP 23 version. Anyway, still my Mobily sim is not able to register to its operator. Only STC sim works fine with this modem (this modem is provided by STC by the way).

Try 3g or 2g only in the netowrk settings.

Your suggetion worked I tried it again and it is OK. The only thing that I did differently that I restarted everthing again and worked very fine. Since Mobily is 3G sim not 4G, this is the right solution (not Auto setting).
