Please help

Try to restart computer, restart modem.
Try to connect to other USB port, which is directly to motherboard (without any USB hubs).
Or try other computer.

I used another PC, a notebook with only two USB-ports and it works. Device is unlocked. Great deal, fast service, thank you!
