i followed the instruction ,phone found as sooner adp but when i click on search it says are u holding vol- and power and later it says starting dc kernel after some time phone not found

Try to remove battery of phone for 20 seconds, place it back, repeat the procedure.
Try other USB port, which is directly to motherboard (without any USB hubs).
Try other USB cable.
Restart computer or try other computer.
