Huawei e303s-1

I have huawei e303s-1-locked.funny enough i can read the contacts in a different sim using mobile partner.In fact am able to manually search for the networks.the only issue is that i can't register to the networks.firmware-21.157.71.00.94

That is because the modem is locked I guess.
Sorry, it cannot be unlocked with DC-Unlocker because of its customized firmware.
