Show to unlock huawei e392 from stc

please i need help here. I unlocked my huawei e392 from stc operator (saudi arabia). In addition, i update my dashboard to mobile partner 23. Now, when i use the stc sim it is ok. However, when i use mobily operator (saudi arabia) the modem doen not ask me for code but the sim does not register to its network (prepaid mobily network. Would you please tell me what is the problme and what i must do? Please for more information about my modem:
