You can unlock this modem with DC-Unlocker.
Wrong codes counter will be resetted during unlock process (you need to choose "Read unlock code and auto enter to modem")

How can I do that?

We do not have instructions for manual unlocking, people that generate code knows how to use them before generating, that seems only logical. Code may be entered maybe on device's dashboard.
