Hello, excellent work on developing the unlocker for E173 of Safaricom Kenya, Well now, Safaricom has installed a new modem in the market, i.e: Huawei E303 or E303s-1. Well on DC Unlocker 2 Client Software the latest version 1.00.0987, it detects the modem and does the offer 4 option where the first one is at the top, 1.) Read unlock code and auto enter to modem. It does process the unlocking process then it displays (modem unlocked). So as a user i try to check, well it still locked i.e: i cannot use another sim card apart from safaricom. On my case the other sim card i tried was Airtel Kenya. So please DC unlocker team do something quick, so that we can use any sim card in the Huawei E303 of Safaricom, to be honest, im really really upset & disappointed because i thought, i will purchase the credits and everything will be as i thought. Please Contact me when it solved this issue, i hope in a week everything will be sloved. Thanks

Okay i think i should explain on what i did,
well first i inserted the E173 modem (its
locked), so that i can connect to the internet,
then i inserted the other one which is the
new E303s-1 without any sim card in it, i
wanted this one to be unlocked, so i did the
unlocking progress and it displayed its
detection and even display that it has been
an unlocked, so i removed both modems and
i inserted Airtel Sim card in the huawei
E303,i plug it in my laptop i find out, it was
still locked. So as you are the writer of the
program, did i do something wrong because
right now it just clicked me that i should tell
you that i inserted Two modems on unlocking
the E303 but it was automatic detection and
it detected the E303 only not the E173 just
as i wanted. So please tell me i did nothing
wrong, if i did im ready to go to the
cybercafe so that i use the ethernet
connection to unlock the modems. ThanksComment

Sorry, this modem version is not supported and cannot be unlocked with DC-Unlocker
Maybe someday in future it will be supported, but do not know when exactly.
I can only offer you to add credits back to your account for future unlock.Comment
