It cannot be unlocked via dc-unlocker....I've tryed to change dashboard, firmware, but nothing can be done....for now

Dc - unlocker can not reset wrong unlock code counter for this modem. If you have already bought credits you can spend them unlocking other modem or write me a private message with your username and I will check for refund.
