u8665 not unlock plz solvbed

dear support team i have u8665 in hand but unabele to unlock it because in device manger not show application an d diagn istics port please help me dear support team

i have conect the handset in two way


first way both key voloume + and voloume - key and power key same time after that handset in pink display then i have conect the handset in pc then i have found this type of port in device manager and handset not conect in dc unlocker

after that i have again press the only voloume - key and power both time in device manager phone conect with adb driver but not conect in dc unlocker plz help me dear support team

Try to remove battery for 20 seconds, place it back, then turn phone in pink screen again, connect to computer, install drivers, restart computer and repeat detect with DC-Unlocker.
