E160 asks me firmware password, code. please help me

Hi all,

I have E160 HSDPA Modem. It was working fine. Recently I updated the firmware to 11.604.21.00.156 using E160Update_11.604.21.00.156.B409.exe file. now everything is working my modem but no signal. So I am in a really bad situation. When I go to update my firmware again it asks me a password (code) to update firmware. My modem IMEI Number is :- 353763030820423. Please I need some one help to retrieve the firmware code or how can I downgrade my firmware. Please help me.

If firmware asks for code means you need to have firmware update code. Generating firmware code by dc-unlocker needs 5 credits. You can generate it free if you have unlocked your mdoem using dc-unlocker.

After you buy credits you wil lreceive username and password for dc-unlocker software. Enter them to dc-unlocker software, press check login. Thens elect your modem and got to unlock tab. There select generate firmware code by imei. Enter your imei and click generate.

ok. is this a permanat code for the perticuler modem or should i buy ever time when i update the firmware for perticuler modem?

This code is for firmware you will ever update. Do not need to buy code every time when you update.

i bought 5 credits. i install DC-unlocker client 1.00.0309 it says my username is wrong. why it happen?

Have you received username and password already? If so, then use copy paste function and do not rewrite it.
