Yes, you do need internet connection for unlock, we do not have offline services at all. I found my way, just installed another USB - LAN adapter. No other way, all instructions on microsoft page doesnt work. Wifi adapters not work with lan. Hot spots doesnt working with lan.
Only lan with another lan!
