U8180 - unlocked but requesting PIN

DC Unlocker thinks it has unlocked my Huawei U8180 (Orange Stockholm), but phone asks for PIN code(3) when new SIM inserted. Ideas?

Solved.

Tried 3rd SIM - worked OK, then informed by phone owner that the (Movistar) SIM needs a code each time the phone is powered up. So the unlocking was actually successful.

PIN code is for sim. This is not related with phone unlock.
You should know your sim pin code.
