I have tried to unlock Huawei E303(E173z-1) from Glo Ghana with DC-Unlocker but it show unlocked but the device is still locked when I insert a different sim or try to connect.

Please need help.

Sorry, this modem is not supported and cannot be unlocked with DC-Unlocker
Maybe someday in future it will be supported, but do not know when exactly.
Now can only offer to add you credits back or do refund if possible.
