Huwaei E5331s-2 purchased via Orange (France) not recognized

Hello,

I am trying to unlock a Huwaei E5331s-2 purchased via Orange (France).

When I try to test if it is supported (according what is recommended before buying credits) , the DC-Unlocker application doesn't recognize it.
I get the message : "Modem not Found"


NB: as recommended in other posts, I have inserted another operator sim card in the Huwaei E5331s-2 and I am connecting it via USB (Pc reports that the device driver is installed and working).

Can you please help ?

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
