3231 by code?

Hello,

I'm unable to generate the unlock code by IMEI (w/o the modem connected) although it's written as a feature on the DC unlocker website?

Of course using the latest ver of the software.

Any ideas?

Why do you tell that you are unable? Please provide more information and we will try to help you.

There's simply no option. When I select E3132 HiLink and go to 'Unlocking' everything is greyed out and the specific unlock (read and enter, bu IMEI, etc) options don't even show up.

Any ideas? Posting the image showing the difference between E3131 and E3231 unlock window so you can see what I mean. On the left E3231 without unlock options, on the right E3131 ready to enter the IMEI code.

The main page shows E3231 HiLink as supporting this feature.
