EM820W module read flash

Hello,

Running under Windows XP with dc-unlocker_client-1.00.0987. (5 credits)
I'm simply trying to read the flash (64Mb) from an EM820W module no SIM.

Unfortunately, each time I read the flash, it gives a different file content.
Except the header which gives the correct modem information (EM820W f/w release 11.810.09.10.00), the rest of the file looks not consistent.
I guess the header is produced by dc-unlocker.

Any hint to read the firmware and save it ?

Windows hardware managers reports:
Application interface COM6
GPS Interface COM8
PC UI Interface COM7
Control Interface COM8

However dc-unlocker is using:
Application COM5
Diagnostic COM7

If I switch Application Interface to COM5, dc-unlocker complains with a modem error.

DC-unlocker does not have function to read flash. It is not working.
