"Not customized" means the software doesn't have any extra things like company logos or the ability to recharge your prepay SIM-card with more money and so on. And it works with the E1552. No, you cannot upgrade the E1552 to 7.2 Mb; the limitation is in the hardware. The chip inside cannot go higher than 3.6 Mbits.
