Yes, restart, and detect, and repeated the procedure unlock again. On the other SIM card still does not work.

I have unlocked a Huawei E3131 modem as the report noticed, but when I connect the modem the software internet everywhere of orange start. How can I do to be able to use the modem to any mobile network? Tanks in advance.

You have activated only voice feature for your device. It may still be locked. Was there not original sim inserted during detection?

If restart is to put it again in the usb port, YES
If you talk about pressing the button reset, NO

After updating dc-unlocker (DC - Unlocker 2 Client 1.00.1005), the Huawei E3131 modem is locked again.

It's better for all to give us a step by step procedure to unlock for all network.
I try to unlock an orange Huawei E3131 modem, if the informations can be usefull.

Questions :
1 - Did I need to change the firmware after unlocking?
2 - Did I need a specific software to use the Huawei E3131 modem in all network?
3 - What the best way to unlock the Huawei E3131 modem for any network?

You have activated voice feature, but did not unlock the device itself. You do not need to change firmware after unlocking. If your branded connection software does not let you to connect/change connection settings, then you should use unbranded one.
How unlocking works with dc-unlocker, watch one of these videos - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/tutorials . Note, that there must be invalid (other providers) sim inserted during detect/unlock procedure.

QUESTION BEFORE PAYING OR BUYING CREDITS AGAIN

- I would like to inform you that I am triyng to unlock a custumized Huawei E3131 modem (from orange); Is it unlockable? It seems NO according to your supported list on www.dc-unlocker.com that talk about all non customized E3131

- Is it recommanded to uninstall the customized software of orange before unlocking. I know that I must put a locked sim card and I have viewed your tutorial video

- Why the report told me at the firs time that unlocking is done.

I don't want to pay credits again without assurance of getting satisfaction.

- As we see from firmware version, your device version is supported and can be unlocked.

- Do not uninstall software. Some drivers come with it. Without it you will not be able to detect and unlock.

- If you have used any of dc-unlocker services on this modem before, you do not need to buy credits. Can unlock it with 0 credits by using same username and password.

With unlocked modem you need to use not customized software and enter your new provider connection settings (APN, username and others).

What lock status you see if you restart mo9dem, insert not original sim and detect it again with dc-unlocker? Locked or unlocked?
