Firmware needed for E398 from Telenor

Hi,
I need a firmware flash file for Huawei E398 from Telenor. I've tried several e398 flash files but none of them worked Error Code: 13 update failed, also the Huawei flasher won't detect the modem. The modem itself is working fine but for soem reason doesn't support 1800MHz LTE band but it should as it's E398u-1

I've actually managed to get huawei modem flasher to recognise the dongle and flash it with the latest 11.433.... firmware however I do have E398u-18 which requires firmware: 11.209.03.01.422 or any other compatible with hardware E398u-18CD3E398M Ver.A I've tried all available 11.335 firmwares but they are not compatible and are causing various problems like lack of 3G reception or the modem being recognised and lost over and over again

Hello i have the exact same problem as tread headline. Did you get your hands on specifyed firmware? I have searched many corners of the internet without succsess.
