Unlock failure and deducted credit
GOOD day, pls i bought dc credits and tried to unlock my e303 modem. it connected, verified my username and password, said it was ok, tried unlocking it, and later confirmed it was unlocked.
however, when i removed the modem and reinserted it, it still wasn't unlocked!
because when i put a new sim card other than the default there, it rejected it and said its still locked!
please, help me find a solution to it ASAP, pls!
