Huawei E367 call issue

I am using a Huawei E367 modem and has both call and USSD feature working. My problem is the call feature on it is glitchy in that it will make and recieve calls but when you hang up, it will hang up the caller on the other end but will continue to ring on the pc until you taskkill mobile partner, everything else works fine. I am using unbranded mobile partner v21, I also tried v16 but also responds in the same way. Who has an unbranded mobile partner that works properly with USSD support too?

The internet it provides is flawless in speed and stability even with a weak signal. Am using mobile partner v21.003.27.00.03 to be specific and tried v16.001.06.01.500 and both seem to have a glitchy voice call feature.

Insert the E367 into an available USB port on your PC. Windows will detect the new hardware automatically and install a USB storage device which, depending on your AutoPlay settings, will pompt you to run the Setup application.

Please read my question carefully before posting, it is really quite embarrassing to assume you know what the problem is before reading instructions carefully. It also shows how attentive you are to detail, which in this case is poor. You cannot install mobile partner separately and your dongle works unless you also sourced the drivers separately. If that were the case, I would have mentioned that, but I haven't.
