i try to unlock but no success.

This phone is officially not supported by dc-unlocker. Could you try detecting it in download mode? to enter download mode - Turn off phone. Press and hold “Volume down”, “Volume up” and “Power” buttons for 5 seconds. Phone screen should become purple/pink. after that connect phone to pc via usb cable and try detecting it then.

i did connect the phone in download mode but i get phone not found.
