error 619 with unlocked huawei e160e

I tried to connect my dongle with tuntel(broadband) but it shows me error 619
I configured new profile and APN
I connected the same dongle with other operator and it worked well
in attached files,a screen capture

As we know this is connection settings problem. Check connection settings (apn, username and others).
