    I HAVE PROBLEM WITH THIS MODEM COUNTER IS BLOKED AND CAN NOT UNLOCK

    Could you try unlocking it by going to unlocking tab and clicking unlock/do the job, instead of entering AT command? Let me know about the result.

          Are you sure that you are using latest dc-unlocker software version?

            yes i use latest version of software i think dc unloker can not reset counter of this modem
