u8650-1 simblock unknown error 107

hi, im from germany so my english is very bad
i have problem with my huawei u8650-1. its sim-block and i wanna unlock with dc-unlocker 1.00.0805 ( newer one dosnt work on my win7 x64, i dont know why).
so when i search for my phone its come the message: unknown error (107).
i have install the andorid sooner single adb interface and buy 7 credits so you write this on your list.

Please try installing the latest version again, and run it as administrator (Right click on dc-unlocker icon -> "Run as.." -> then select "run as administrator"). Also make Compatibility with Windows XP from Properties menu.
