u8180 Driver problem

I'm using Windows 7 64 bit
When I first connect phone it comes up with Android 1.0 with the yellow exclamation.
It then automatically changes the item to Samsung Android Phone & USB Modem Phone ADB Port. Because of this it won't connect phone.
The phone is definitely in fastboot mode.

When I try to update/uninstall drivers it won't let me it says the best one is already found.

Please help
