        You were blocked because there was software called Phone System Analysis Software detected running on your computer before.
        Do not use Phone System Analysis Software (or PSAS) together with DC-Unlocker. Now unblocked you and you should be able to connect. This was detected year ago, so it may be other reason why you can't connect. If you still wont be able to connect, write here your IP adress, it may have a block aswell.
