Use "autodetect" on select model line. Also install latest version of DC-Unlocker from here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/yKpY7NkO , if you haven't yet. If this won't help, try to connect your device to another usb port.
Make sure software related to your phone is closed when you try to detect/unlock it.
