u8800 x5 not unlock

can any tell me u8800 x5 new virgin unlock with dc unlocker . i tried all tape for unlocking but dc unlocker found only model no. and firmware then phone not found and phone disconnect and reconnect with pc . I tried 2 pc and driver you tell me in sport site. plz halp for unlock this ph thank u

Make sure you put phone in download mode before connecting it to pc. Try to connect it to other usb ports aswell. Was there any software related to your phone? If so, make sure it is installed on pc, but not running during detect/unlock procedures.
