I have paid for 7 credits to get unlock my iNQ Chat 3G (but it detects as iNQ Mini 3G) but above error code appears. Please help.

Check these things:
Make sure software related to your phone is closed (if there is one installed on pc).
Try to turn off firewall and antivirus software.
