Problems to unlock the b260a

Hi.
I want to unlock my huawei b260a.
Now i have installed the unlock-program from this side.
The router was found and i buy credits.

I become the answer "error code 12 - invalid parameters" when i klick "unlock".

Why it doesnt work?

Please help me.

Copy here all from dc-unlocker software version, detected device information till error code. Then we would be able to check more.

I post it later. Im not at home now.

How can i check if the router is locked?
I know only i cant change the apn-settings...
Router is online with my simcard, but there are the wrong apn settings and i cant change it:-(
