e303 not really unlocked firmwares

    e303 not really unlocked firmwares

    Hi,

    I tried unlocking an e303 last week but I got the dreaded "it says unlocked but the modem is not really unlocked" problem. After reading through this forum, I assume the firmware isn't supported. I can post the detection log later (and hopefully get a refund).

    However, I have 3-4 other e303's that i want to try unlocking as i'm travelling through africa and end up buying a modem in each country. Is there a way to check that the modem firmware is supported by dc unlocker BEFORE trying to unlock? e.g. by examining the firmware version?

    Please post the detection information of the device that you've tried to unlock. And yes, you can check if firmware is supported for unlocking by detecting your device with dc-unlocker program, contact us then by live support chat, and provide detection information from the program, then we will be able to tell you exactly if it can be unlocked.

      details on the three modems i am trying to unlock

      Below are the details on the modems. It is the SAFARICOM modem that i tried to unlock. I think the vodacom one is garbage because of all the unlock attempts and the zain modem is an e303b.
