Have you tried to detect it with dc-unlocker after you connected it to pc?

Can you see your b115 in device manager? You can plug it in/out while device manager is open, to see if it appears there. Maybe there are yellow question marks there?

When you open this virtual cdrom there is nothing on it, no installation files? It might be so that your usb cable is damaged, if you can't see your device in device manager at all.

Try to eject cd-rom. Then do refresh in device manager. There should be new device found.
